Easy Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we'd be happy to help fix the problem. You can return your purchase, except paper flowers, for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order and if not damaged. We may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.

Shipping costs are non refundable.
